Love this place beautiful hotel. Very friendly staff. Breakfast is great lunch is great. 5***** hotel with beautiful views on the mountains. I would highly recommend y’all come visit. Come see Jack he will hook y’all up.
The room is clean and met all my needs. The breakfast was very good and has everything you would want, pancakes, bacon, grits, eggs and many other items. The location is perfect for what I needed. I would recommend staying hear. This is my second stay at this location. Beautiful view in the back.
I have experienced the Aiden Hotel multiple times and each time I have really enjoyed myself. Thanks to the front desk staff and a very special shout out to a wonderful hotel representative Nilay(Niel) for always making sure my stay is exactly what I expect.
This place was a Godsend to us. We had originally booked rooms at the Meriwether County Inn and the rooms were absolutely disgusting! The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating! The rooms were clean and the views were stunning! They even reopened the bar for us after a wedding we got back from. I would highly recommend this place. I wish we could’ve stayed longer to enjoy the gorgeous giant gazebo and outdoor sitting area!
There’s always room for improvement, but I feel I was treated very well. There breakfast was amazing. The personalities and friendliness of the staff was great. The views and the atmosphere was so relaxing and so beautiful
My fiancée and I love to stay here, the customer service is amazing, Nilay Patel exhibited amazing customer service during my last stay. I can't get past the seclusion of this hotel, couple it with the scenery and you have the perfect getaway.
This is my second time staying here, and everything is great - I mean everything: the rooms, the amenities, and the customer service. Neil has assisted me in both stays and has done an exceptional job. This is the place to go if you're looking for somewhere nice with a phenomenal view.
We always enjoy our stay at the Aiden in Warm Springs. Nilay Patel was efficient and kind while checking us in. He is an asset to the hotel. Also, Octavia who was running the bar and restaurant. We appreciate the view and tge rooms. A good experience overall.
